SUMMARY

Time is constant, yet it rarely feels that way. In the Moment explores the ways our perception of time shifts through the experiences that define our lives: racing by when we wish it would slow down, standing still in moments of tragedy, and slipping away just when we want to hold on a little longer. We may never be able to stop the clock, but we can choose what we do with the time we’re given. In the Moment reminds us that time will always move forward, and the challenge is remembering to be present before it passes us by.
